At Xakriondshul, we stand behind the quality of our hand car wash and interior cleaning services. This Return Policy describes our approach to service satisfaction, re-cleans, and refund requests.
Service Satisfaction
We take care to complete every hand car wash and interior cleaning session to a consistent, high standard. Prior to returning your vehicle, our team conducts a final review to catch any areas that require additional attention. We encourage customers to inspect their vehicle before leaving our Indianapolis facility.
If you notice a concern immediately after your session, please let us know before you leave. Where a shortcoming is identified on-site, we will address it at no additional charge.
Re-Clean Policy
If you notice an issue with your exterior wash or interior cleaning service after you have left our facility, please contact Xakriondshul within 24 hours of your appointment. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean for any area that falls below the standard expected from the service you booked, provided:
- The concern is reported within 24 hours of service completion
- The vehicle has not been exposed to conditions that would reasonably cause the issue (rain, off-road use, bird strikes, etc.)
- The concern relates directly to the service performed by Xakriondshul
Refund Requests
Refund requests for car detailing services are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of your service appointment. Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the nature of the concern and whether a re-clean was offered and declined.
Refunds will not be issued for outcomes that reflect the pre-existing condition of the vehicle (e.g., deep scratches, staining, or damage that was present before the session began) unless our team caused the condition during service.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your detail appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other customers. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible. For pre-paid bookings, cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.
